Maintenance contract

For some products such as the Easylift+ and our shelters, we provide maintenance contracts. Depending on the contract, our maintenance team will check the product annually or every two years and carry out any repairs necessary. We also provide replacements within 24 or 48 hours for these products. First we will look at whether the product can be repaired quickly, and otherwise we will make sure that a replacement is received within the agreed timeframe.

Customer service

You can contact our customer service team if you have any questions about your order or delivery. You can also direct any comments or complaints that you may have to them. Customer service will make sure that you receive an answer to your question or a solution to your problem.
