Emergency bike storage has been created in the area surrounding Leiden Central Station (Netherlands) to solve the bicycle parking problem. This first emergency bike storage situated on the Morssingel can hold up to 920 regular bicycles and 100 cargo bikes or other large bikes. This bicycle facility is equipped with Easylift Premium two-tier bicycle racks and will not be moved until the new De Lorentz housing project is complete in 2019.
