SPACE REQUIRED BETWEEN RAILINGS
We recommend that you leave the following distance between two Scala bicycle railings:
- 650 mm is enough space for a bicycle to be locked on just one side of the Scala
- 900 mm is enough space for bicycles to be locked on both sides of the Scala
- The model with a sub-ground level foundation is delivered with concrete anchors. The concrete anchors for the Scala Sheffield stand are embedded below ground level.
- The surface installation model is fitted with foot plates and can be installed on a hard surface using chemical anchors.
